Lynsey joined the team as a new receptionist in May 2019. Having previously worked as a emergency call handler, for an out of hour vets, and has over 16 years of customer service experience.

She lives on the coast with her two cats. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and supporting her local Ice Hockey team.
